Coaching for Equestrian Business Owners

Are you feeling stuck in your business or scared to even start?

Take a deep breath, grab my hand, and let’s jump in together.

As a corporate business professional for 10+ years before taking the leap into full-time horse girl, I had a leg up when starting my equine bodywork business, Barrio Performance Therapy.

I find with so many new and aspiring bodyworkers, though, that they know horses and they know bodywork… but the business part is totally foreign (Wait, I have to ask people for money!? And also… do I actually need an LLC?…. Um and what do I do if someone no-shows an appointment?!).

Consider me your equine bodywork Mr. Miyagi and prepare to wax on and wax off. Together, we’re going to catapult you into a confident and competent business owner who runs their business instead of their business running them.

Standard Coaching

$135

The most popular option, a standard coaching call is a 1-hour session dedicated to answering all of your business questions.

Not even sure where to start? I’m here to help!

We’ll go through your questionnaire to determine the best use of our time together.

Group Coaching

$ Varies

In the 6-week Barrio Business Blueprint course, bodyworkers have the opportunity to collaborate in a small-group setting with myself and other bodyworkers across the globe while working through their business coursework.

Live classes run 2-3 times per year. Visit the Barrio Business Blueprint page for more details.

All business coaching begins with a comprehensive questionnaire designed to make you sit down and really analyze what’s working in your business and what areas need a little TLC.

Once the questionnaire is completed, we meet face-to-face via video conference to review the results and form a plan of action and ongoing support.

These meetings are collaborative and we work together in a way that puts you in charge of your business, with me right by your side as your #1 cheerleader.

I have actionable steps to take to immediately start changing the way I manage my business! So validating, insightful, and worth every penny!
— Emma Lee, Emma Lee Horsemanship
I am more confident in feeling I can keep moving the needle towards a successful well oiled-machine and take my business full time. I definitely plan to use you as a resource and you were the mentor I was searching and praying for!
— Caroline Kosh, Lowcountry Equine
My biggest takeaway was booking appointments right away after the session ends. Game changer!
— Dallas Cozad, Red Horse Equine

Owning your business can be fun and profitable 💰

I’ll teach you how to develop systems and processes that work for your business in whatever stage it’s in.

You’ll learn how to to keep the clients you have coming back for more, attract new clients, and manage your books like a true professional.

Together, we’ll create a business plan that’s sustainable and made just for you - no matter your current situation.

I’ve seen it all (and made all the mistakes myself). This is a judgement free zone!
